About Proaction Foundation



Proaction Foundation is an Indian dynamic grassroots company limited by shares, not for profit (UNDER SECTION 8 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2013). Founded on 25th June 2018, Proaction, based in Delhi.

At Proaction Foundation, we think it is critical to engage with the social and ecological challenges facing humanity. We believe that engagement with social issues must be inclusive, deep, meaningful, interdependent, and formed on the bedrock of long-term commitment – this is the only way real change can be happy on the ground.

We run our social programs on a strong foundation of ethical principles, good governance, and sound management. Our foundational values are embodied in the ‘Spirit of People’ that emphasizes unyielding integrity in every aspect of our work, treating people everywhere fairly and with respect – at the workplace and in communities outside, and demonstrating ecological sensitivity in thought and action.

Proaction Foundation is dedicated to the eradication of poverty and all forms of violation of human and child rights with a broad spectrum of sectors of interventions.
