Dr. Kalyanashish Das is a doctor by profession with MBBS and DCM (Postgraduate in Clinical Paediatrics). He has been deeply connected with social issues and thus by choice he is a social development professional. Dr. Das is a competent medico-socio professional with more than 17 years of both public health and clinical experience with special emphasis on nutrition, child and adolescent health, program implementation on integrated health, WASH, livelihood, and disaster management with clinical management at the primary health setup. He has worked with various international NGOs like CARE International and UNICEF as a child health expert at the country level. He has extensively worked with different state governments and has experience of training and working at the village level for improving child health across more than 10 states. He has been part of different health committees at the state and country level and represented in different forums internationally on child health and nutrition.Dr. Das is the Director of the Proaction Foundation since June 2021.

Mr. Susairaj is a veteran in development sector with more than 4 decades of experience. He is also the founder of Jeeva Jyothi (JJ), an NGO that he established in 1994. Under his leadership, JJ has made significant contributions to improving lives of disadvantaged communities in Tamil Nadu.

Mr. Susairaj is a veteran in development sector with more than 4 decades of experience. He is also the founder of Jeeva Jyothi (JJ), an NGO that he established in 1994. Under his leadership, JJ has made significant contributions to improving lives of disadvantaged communities in Tamil Nadu. Before that, he worked with different leading Human Rights Organizations such as Child Workers Asia and also with activists like Kailash Sathyathri, operating in direct contact with young people from 1976 to 1983 in India and as Coordinator from 1983 to 1990 in Asia Pacific countries.Mr. Susairaj worked with unorganized workers - mainly workers of rice mills and brick kilns. In the field of women’s protection, he contributed to the formation of more than 400 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and in the establishment of federations and movements for women’s development.
He’s currently State level convener for Tamil Nadu and Chennai’s NGO Forum for street and working children, TAFRE – Tamil Nadu, and Tamil Nadu Child Rights Observatory.
Susairaj is the Director of the Proaction Foundation since June 2018.
Aditi Karandikar
Mrs. Aditi, a consummate social development professional, has a diverse and extensive background as a research associate, contributing to various projects in India and Shanghai, China. Her experience spans more than a decade as a voluntary trustee for Swadhar IDWC, where she took on the responsibility of leading the "House of Smile" project, which focuses on empowering families as units.

Mrs. Aditi brings a wealth of expertise in development programs and has been actively involved as a voluntary convenor for Project Swayam, which focuses on community development. She provides guidance, counseling, and awareness services to community members about their entitlements.
Her career as a research associate includes work on multiple projects in India (2010-2014) and in Shanghai, P.R. China (2001-2003 and 2004-2006).
She is an active director of Proaction Foundation.
Saraswathi Kuruvalli
Mrs. Saraswathi is a social development professional with over 26 years of extensive experience in community development programs. She is dedicated to initiatives that focus on women, children, adolescents, youth development, and community-based health and sanitation. Committed to creating meaningful change through a rights-based approach, she has worked with street children, facilitating their rehabilitation through appropriate channels.

Additionally, she has coordinated women empowerment activities, enhancing the capacities of women's groups through community-based organizations (CBOs), self-help groups (SHGs), and livelihood programs. She has led various projects and programs within the organization, including project proposal writing and networking with both national and international organizations.
She is a member of the Mysore District Sexual Harassment Complaint Committee, as well as a district committee member for the PCPND and the Prevention of Child Marriage. Additionally, she serves on the District Committee for Streeniketana and is the State Convener of CACL-Karnataka.
She also holds the position of Executive Director of RLHP.
